Every now and then, some of us, including myself, feel ashamed for many different reasons. Sometimes people will say something that will make you feel bad about yourself -- whether that person realizes it or not. Though we may have a reason to feel ashamed, we shouldn't feel sorry for a lot of it. Here are some things you should never feel ashamed about.

We are all human and we all live different lives. Not one of us is the same as the other. Parts of us feel ashamed about who we are, but we shouldn't. It can be hard to push the shamefulness away, but we can all learn to take steps to love ourselves and others -- with everything we are.
