Why You Should Get A Fitbit

A few reasons fitbits are worth it

Recently Fitbits have become extremely popular with athletes and non-athletes alike. At first I was skeptical about the whole trend but then a close friend of mine convinced me to get one and I am so happy I did. I learned that Fitbits keep track of so much more than just the amount of steps you take in a day. So if you are interested in purchasing a Fitbit here are a few features to consider that come with Fitbits and the Fitbit app you download on your phone to keep a log of pretty much everything you do.

1.) Track your sleep. Your Fitbit will keep track of when you sleep, how long you sleep, and the quality of sleep you get.

2.) Log in how much water you drank or how many calories you ate during the day.

3.) Use your Fitbit to set silent alarms in the morning. Your Fitbit will vibrate on your wrist

4.) Add friends on the Fitbit app and complete challenges with them. This feature always makes me want to get up and get as many steps in my day as I can.

5.) Earn badges along the way. When you get different amounts of steps, you will receive badges for how many lifetime miles you have completed, if you won a challenge or if you have crushed your step goal.

6.) Your Fitbit will be able to track any cardio exercise you have done for the day and will tell you how many calories you have burned during the day.

7.) Some Fitbits can act as watches and even display incoming text messages or calls you receive on the screen.

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
