Donal Trump continues to be at the forefront of American prestige, and he represents our country with such grace and ease. Here are 5 reasons why we should ALL love him, regardless of political affiliation.

1. He's is a wonderful and enthusiastic public speaker.

Gage Skidmore

His very humble brags about the progress our country is making just last week, saying "I don't believe there has been any administration in the history of this country that has done more in two years -- and we're not even up to two years yet -- than our administration," that drew audible laughter from the rest of those in attendance at the UN Summit is also a favorite, and a true testament to the godliness of our president. Best of all, Donald Trump was the epitome of articulate with his commentary regarding America's immigration policy, asking the tough questions, "why are we having all these people from shithole countries come here?"

Honestly, I don't think America has ever witnessed a more educated and informed president take on the center stage of America.

2. He is well-informed and intelligent.

Gage Skidmore

From his belief in climate change to his understanding of how nuclear war, FBI intelligence, and Twitter work, have we truly ever had such an intelligent and qualified president? Being quoted commenting on how he ..."thought [being president] would be easier," we see how much preparation he put into his run for office. With his Ivy League education (with a degree in finance and experience in real estate... super helpful when you're the president of a nation, obviously), Trump has explained that the U.S. military could not keep up with the tremendous "cost and disruption" that having transgender individuals in the military would accrue, explained how the damage to Puerto Rico by hurricane Maria "... [threw] our budget a little out of whack," and reminded us that "...negative press covfefe" cannot stop his rise to ultimate power. So respectable, the way he is able to interpret information and make it understandable to the average American.

3. His record with international affairs is unbeatable.

Haber ihbar Hattı

"There was no collusion. Everyone knows there was no collusion," he commented on possible collusion with Russia. Also on Russia, "Russia will have much greater respect for our country when I am leading it than when other people have led it...If Putin likes Donald Trump, I consider that an asset, not a liability, because we have a horrible relationship with Russia." His obviously budding relationship with North Korea is also undeniable. "Why would Kim Jong-un insult me by calling me 'old,' when I would NEVER call him 'short and fat?'

Oh well, I try so hard to be his friend - and maybe someday that will happen!" is a true testimonial to the positive shift our country is taking with foreign relations, and this statement solidifies it further, "North Korean Leader Kim Jong Un just stated that the 'Nuclear Button is on his desk at all times.' Will someone from his depleted and food starved regime please inform him that I too have a Nuclear Button, but it is a much bigger & more powerful one than his, and my Button works!"

4. He loves and respects women.

Gage Skidmore

"Grab her by the pussy" is one of the most eloquent sentences ever recorded—truly, poetic. Not to mention his very long and in-depth commentary on the criticism that he received for this previous statements about women: "I have tremendous respect for women." He proved his love of women when he said no one would vote for Carly Fiorina because of her... face... saying, "Look at that face! Would anyone vote for that?" Yes, Trump loves and respects women, especially his loving wife, who he has cheated on, separated from, and (doesn't) share a bedroom with.

5. He is so freaking handsome.

James Currie

Who DOESN'T love that tall, orange, toupeed man? With his bulging beer-belly, his flapping cheeks, floppy jowl, deep wrinkles, and naturally blond hair? And who can forget his "not small" hands?

Let's give our president the round of applause he deserves, and let's keep making America great... again.

Until next week friends!

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
