Girls everywhere cried on Wednesday as the news broke that Shemar Moore would no longer be on "Criminal Minds" after 11 seasons on the show.

Seriously, everyone is heartbroken over the departure of this character. No more Derek Morgan. Will "Criminal Minds" be the same ever again? Probably not, but maybe there's hope.

In this goodbye (or rather see you later) video to his fans and the fans of "Criminal Minds," Moore gets both emotional and inspirational with his advice to always follow the dreams that are in your heart. He insures us that he is just a normal guy who had the boldness to follow his dreams.

Granted, he does have good motives for leaving the show. Unlike so many other actors and actresses who want more money, better roles, and more publicity, Moore longs to travel, walk his dogs, get married, have children, and enjoy his life. And really, the fans of the show cannot blame him for that.

And I think the writers did a fantastic job of writing him out of the show. After a few action packed episodes where Moore's character Derek Morgan is tortured, shot, married, and has a child, he decides that his priorities need to be in order. With the hectic schedule that the BAU Taskforce demands, he doesn't feel like he can be the father that he needs to be. Because of that, he resigns his position on the team. Thank you, show writers, for NOT killing him off in a hurry like so many other writers seem to do.

But Derek Morgan couldn't leave without a few teary goodbyes.

I'm not going to go into details about every single goodbye because that would be MAJOR spoiler alert, but I will say that I could not hold in the tears when he said goodbye to best friend and "little brother" Spencer Reid. What better way to say "I love you like a brother" than naming your son after your best friend? Little Hank Spencer Morgan is going to be a heart breaker one day, that's for sure.

And then there was the dreaded Garcia goodbye.

Every fan of the show knows the relationship between Garcia and Morgan. Garcia is his "baby girl." They love each other on a deep level, and even though they were never romantically involved, they were always the favorite couple on the show. Every female fan wanted to be Garcia--even if only for a moment.

The only good news surrounding his departure was his enthusiasm to say yes to any cameo appearances he may have on the show in the future. Silver lining: he will be seen again at some point.

So while it won't be the same without Shemar Moore's character on "Criminal Minds," this is not the end for the show. New characters will go, and in all likelihood, more old characters will continue to leave. But as the show adapts and changes, so will the fans' love for the show. We will miss Derek Morgan, but as the old quote says, the show must go on!

If I have learned one thing in my lifetime, it is that friends are a privilege. No one is required to give you their company and yet there is some sort of shared connection that keeps you together. And from that friendship, you may even find yourself lucky enough to have a few more friends, thus forming a group. Here are just a few signs that prove your current friend group is the ultimate friend group.

When it comes to television, there’s very few sets of on-screen siblings that a lot of us can relate to. Only those who have grown up with siblings knows what it feels like to fight, prank, and love a sibling. Ross and Monica Geller were definitely overbearing and overshared some things through the series of "Friends," but they captured perfectly what real siblings feel in real life. Some of their antics were funny, some were a little weird but all of them are completely relatable to brothers and sisters everywhere.

Her sister was a member, her mom was a member, all of her aunts were members, and her grandma was a member. She has been waiting her whole life to wear these letters and cried hysterically on bid day. Although she can act entitled at times, you can bet she is one of the most enthusiastic sisters.

Every kid in college and/or high school dreams of summer the moment they walk through the door on the first day back in September. It becomes harder and harder to focus in classes and while doing assignments as the days get closer. The winter has been lagging, the days are short and dark, and no one is quite themselves due to lack of energy and sunlight. Let's face it: life is ten times better in the summertime.
