There's a new woman in Wall Street

If you haven't already heard, Wall Street recently added a "Fearless Girl" statue symbolizing female leadership in the business industry. Our world is still getting used to having female leaders in what was once a male dominant field.

'The Fearless Girl' should represent all kinds of people. Anyone who has ever felt inferior or like they couldn't do something. We've all seen ourselves in the little girl that stands tall against the bull. We felt unstoppable long before society tried to tell us otherwise. She represents so much more then just women in the business industry, she shows us how we should continue to be daring and bold and never let anyone tell us that we cannot accomplish the things we set our mind to.

We've made incredible advancements in gender equality and this statue is something for kids to look at and recognize the importance of men and women working together in business. It's important that we set an example for the upcoming generations to respect and value what women have to offer. Any grandfather, dad, brother, friend, or boyfriend should want same equal opportunity for the women and girls in their life.

In case you don't already know the future is looking a lot more female and I am so proud to be apart of it.

Not sure exactly what I would call this type of personality, but if you identify with it, here are some feelings you can undoubtedly relate to.
