Throughout the process of having a team work collectively on making a film happen instead of doing it by yourself, I've experienced that the sharing of ideas helps create a larger scale to work with, and to help choose the best option to follow the respective scene.
However, I found that these shared ideas are applicable universally in my life. As I go through more and more situations where I have to make decisions, I find myself looking at other perspectives which ultimately helps me decide the best outcome for me. This is because during listing our scenes and scripting, we hear an idea, and from that idea, we discuss other alternatives for the scene to play out and why it would whether that be for storytelling, emotional reactions, etc. At the end, we all agree on one and in revisions, we look at every scene and rewrite them.
In addition, I feel that due to the experience thus far, I've learned more and more about interacting as a team and encouraging each other and sharing ideas without worries. Learning from the experience has also helped me in group assignments and projects in classes because I've learned more and more that encouraging each other will encourage great ideas and that the group morale will be higher.
