For most of us, summer means hot weather, fun trips and adventures, and days spent outside. I know I struggle to find refreshing food to eat after a long, hot day and sometimes ice cream just doesn't cut it. So, please enjoy some of my favorite smoothies to help make your summer refreshing and delicious
1. Berry Delicious.
This smoothie is the berry best. Strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries plus a hint of banana make this creamy smoothie hit your taste buds in all the right ways. It's the perfect mixture of sweet and sour and is sure to make your summer mornings a little bit happier. Find the recipe here.

3. Tropikale Green.
I never thought leafy greens could taste so tropical or delicious. Perfectly tangy and great for a post-workout energy boost. Super easy recipe is here.
4. Vanilla Honey-Nut.
Honey, this is not your typical vanilla smoothie. It's like a sweet punch in the face of energy and delicious all in one (even with the tofu!!). Plus, it's like dessert so what's not to love? Recipe is here.
5. Strawberry.

6. Mango Piña Colada.
When I think of summer I think of the beach, and when I think of the beach I think of piña coladas! This yummy smoothie is sure to make you feel like you're lounging on a beach in Mexico even if you're just in your kitchen in your pajamas at 2 p.m. Recipe is here.
7. Chocolate Banana.
I saved the best, and my personal favorite, for last! It's a healthy twist to a chocolate milkshake and honestly tastes even better. Delicious and refreshing dessert smoothie for a hot day (or even a cold day because it's that good). Easy recipe is found here.
