Seven Day Smile Challenge

A true challenge for you all! The 7 day Share-A-Smile Challenge. This means when you make eye contact with anyone, where ever you are, you smile at them and acknowledge them in a polite fashion. This is something that maybe extremely difficult for some and very easy for others. This will stretch the comfort zone of many people, to actively see the people around you; in your car, at the store, or your job. Where ever you go carry this smile with you and see what a difference it can make. Some people will be surprised by this simple gesture of a smile and it will make their day. Others will not smile back at you and this is ok, do not let it deter you from your object of helping the world be a better place by acknowledging your fellow humans. This will not only change the way you are perceived but also the way you perceive the world as a whole.
