The "Live Free or Die" state is primed for the adult entertainment industry. It should also be noted with a limited government, it is fairly easy for entrepreneurs to find business in New Hampshire.
According to Roadsnacks.com, New Hampshire ranks as the second kinkiest state, based on BDSM- and alternative sexuality-related sales and Wasteland.com rankings. Four of the top ten, are in New England, including the Granite State's neighbor, Vermont, topping the kinky chart.
Fun fact: Wasteland.com and its compound are rooted in New Hampshire small town, just northwest of Boston.

While some porn stars, such as the insatiable Ashley Fires, have been taking advantage of a more-free porn state in New Hampshire, some have retired there. Playboy bunny and porn star Jennifer Lavoie, retired there and started a small business in Hudson, Primitive Planters, producing and selling macrame and fabric plant hangers.
Business regulations, even for adult entertainment, are lax here compared to the rest of the country. From Wasteland.com to the Free State Project, there are many reasons why this state is booming in adult entertainment.
Ashley Fires told Men's Mag Daily she is "trying to move everyone out to New Hampshire; it’s going to be the new porn state."
The state has more to offer than porn, but also nudist activism - nudivism? - as exemplified by the more libertine and radical sides of the Free State Project (a project to persuade 20,000 libertarians to move to the state for "liberty in our lifetime."
State house representative Amanda Bouldin was brought to national media attention when she took on a slew of sexist politicians. She vocally opposed a bill banning female toplessness. The legislators insulted and intimidated her, she would not back down.
"I'm pretty shocked that something's being proposed in 2016 that starts with 'women should not,'" Bouldin told the New York Daily News. The "free the nipple" movement was spearheaded by this libertarian legislator fighting for the rights of nudists. Especially on the state's biggest beach, Hampton Beach, where "free the nipple" events were held.
Being a state that has a higher female to male ratio, the sexist legislators were not able to claim "locker room" talk for their comments skirting on sexual assault.

According to New Hampshire magazine, "At night, Manchester does morph into something else. The streets start to fill with diners, dancers and theatergoers. Retro neon and streetlights put a luster on the old gal and downtown Manchester looks attractive — some might even say hot."
This is partially why, accompanied with common gambling and a night life, the state's biggest city is nicknamed "Manchvegas." Though tame compared to other major cities, Manchester is a growing city illuminating for the state.

Every other state in the United States has silly sex laws. New Hampshire is void of this. It should be noted it is unlawful to hang lingerie on a clothesline in an airport without a screen in Kidderville. So no fears of being arrested for safe, sane, and consensual acts.
However, a 2016 law now makes "revenge porn" a felony. According to the Concord Patch, SB 465 increases "penalties against individuals that share sexual images and videos of people without expressed permission of those involved, so-called 'revenge porn.'"
