Dear Senior,
As it is for many, this may be a difficult time for you. You might find it hard to adjust to online classes. You may find the world's situation overwhelming and concerning. You may find that isolation isn't the best for your mental health.
And, you may find yourself missing school in what was supposed to be your last few weeks as an undergrad. It all happened so quickly that it left you wondering when you would be able to see your friends, family, and loved ones again.
However, being the age that you are and in the generation that you are, don't you dare forget your value and everything that you've accomplished to be where you are today. Whether it be through formal education or not, your years of experience have taught you so many things; you are a part of a generation of creators, thinkers, inventors, believers, and doers.
Maybe you've been called on just a little bit earlier to go out and do what you were already going to - change the world. You were going to change the world regardless (albeit in your respective fields and in your own ways), but just for some time, you're doing it in a way you hadn't planned.
Know that that's okay. It's one of those times where you can be what the world needs AND be what you need - at the same time.
If you're worried about not being able to see your friends again, instead have faith in your abilities that you will make it happen. You're that kind of person, the one who goes out of their way to make plans come to life with the people you love. You loved hanging out before, but now you know that no moment with friends and family is worth forgetting.
That's who you are, so don't forget it.
Oh, and don't forget that the best is yet to come, either, because you are going to WILL it to come.
You're just that kind of person.
