10 Signs You're The Girl With Self-Diagnosed Time Anxiety

Time is such a weird concept. I'm so aware of time, especially since everything is based on timing. Class, appointments, interviews, dates, etc. And I'm one who always wants to be on time, and if I'm not, it freaks me out. I'm not sure if time anxiety is a real thing, but here are some ways you might have it too.

1. You get ready to leave early

Even if you know it only takes 20 minutes to get ready, you end up getting ready an hour beforehand anyway.

2. You plan out what time to wake up so you can leave on time

Depends on how long it takes for you to get somewhere.

3. You plan out how long it's going to take to get somewhere, then add five minutes

What if there's a train or a traffic jam?

4. You think about how long it's going to take to walk into your destination

Because that's still travel time!

5. You expected to be the first one to arrive

And on time or before.

6. Your friends are shocked if you're late

Because you're always early.

7. You get an uneasy feeling if you know you're going to be late

And become stressed.

8. You check maps to figure exactly how long it's going to take to get somewhere

Usually accurate.

9. You speed

Sorry, but gets me places faster.

10. Your friends think you're crazy

Sorry for wanting to be on time when I go somewhere...

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
