Working a full-time job while simultaneously balancing school is far from easy. I'd know. This summer has consisted of attending class every morning then having maybe an hour to eat before heading off for work. I'm then up mopping floors and washing dishes until nearly midnight. By the time I come home, I'm exhausted. However, there's still homework to do.
That being said, I have no time for any sort of social life, much less any time to completely sit back and relax. So, what I've learned to do is use the very little free time I have wisely. Here are the ways I practice self-care so that I don't completely lose my mind amidst all my responsibilities.
