"I don't know what to do". "I feel like I'm in a rut". We've all been there at one point or another. Fear. Stress. Unhappiness. Confusion. Insecurity. Whatever it is you're feeling, I'm here to tell you I've been there before. But more importantly - it gets better.

"Breathe. Let Go. And remind yourself that this very moment is the only one you know you have for sure." - Oprah

"It is important from time to time to slow down, to go away by yourself, and simply be." - Eileen Caddy
https://www.pexels.com/photo/woman-girl-beauty-mask-3192/It's so easy to get wrapped up in everything going on around us, that sometimes we forget to take a step back and focus on ourselves. Slowing down to practice self-care is something I cannot stress enough! Whether that means putting on a face mask or watching one of your old favorite movies, granting some time to yourself will actually help you feel better. Your clarity of thought will come back into focus and you'll feel like yourself again.
"Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts" - Winston Churchhill
Myah Zerkle PhotographyDon't let the idea of failure prevent you from trying. Otherwise, you'll miss out on so many opportunities for potential success! Pushing through this fear is not always easy, but in the end so much more worthwhile.
"Do what you can, with what you've got, where you are" - Theodore Roosevelt
PexelsStart where you are! Remember that it's a marathon, not a race. Work for consistency with your mindfulness and positivity, celebrate the small milestones, and remember the power of baby steps.
