The captain of the Argama and White Base, Bright Noa is fixture in the Gundam lore. He is a no nonsense captain that gets the job done, whether he's in a pickle or he's just trying to survive. Being a family man, Bright cares about those closest to him, including his fellow crew members. However, sometimes Bright has to set them straight or risk being set straight himself. If you've ever been in leadership position, I'm pretty sure Bright is the epitome of how you would act with foolish people under your care. That begs the question: is Captain Bright a respectable leader? Let's find out.

1. When you fail at your tasked objective.

2. When you don't know how to care for the office pet.

3. When you have to smack some sense into your ignorant colleagues.
