Second Semester Bucket List

Second semester. A fresh start for all of us. No matter what your major is, where your dorm building is, what clubs you participate in, who your friends are, or what grades you had last semester, we all have the chance to start over. We have the chance to make new friends, take new classes, get better grades or join different clubs. This new semester is also the perfect opportunity for all of us to do something different and to try something new. So here's a second semester bucket list to help you try a few new things and make some great memories through these next 14 weeks.

1. Sit with someone you've never met in the dining hall.

2. Even if your school isn't that great at sports, go to at least two sporting events.

3. Join a club or an activity that you would never consider joining. Ever.

4. Eat lunch with a different person every day for an entire week.

5. Take a class because you want to, not because you need it for your major.

6. Go to at least one party at a place that your normally don't party at. (You might be surprised!)

7. Play an intramural sport.

8. Go to the gym and find a friend do it with.

9. Take an art class, a spin class, or do an activity such as volunteering -- not at your school, but in the local community.

10. If your school is close to a city, spend an entire day in that city.

11. Try five new foods. (Doesn't have to be anything fancy -- it could just be fish or a new fruit.)

12. Dress up for class every day for an entire week.

13. Finish an entire show on Netflix. (Or two because procrastination levels are high).

14. Attempt to go an entire week without procrastinating and doing all your work on time. (Good luck.)

15. Last, but not least, appreciate and understand how lucky you are to be at the school you're at and enjoy every second of it.

The dynamics of any friend group are usually determined by the personalities which make it up.
