Jim and Pam: Ultimate Couple Goals
@JimAndPamAlways

There’re hundreds of couples from beloved TV shows and movies that we all see on-screen and obsess over. And then, because they are just so perfect, we dream about having a similar relationship someday. Although it may seem lame to some people, to a lot of others, these couples give us a glimmer of hope as to how men should treat us and make us feel.

" The Office" is one of my all time favorite shows – I simply don’t get tired of it. In fact, I’ve seen the entire series, yet re-watch the episodes at random, and laugh just as much as the first time I watched it. Sure, Michael Scott is an amazing character, and so is Dwight Schrute and all the others, but the two that stand out in the romantic aspect are Jim and Pam. I’m not gonna explain their entire love story right now, but if you haven’t seen the show, I highly recommend it. To me, Jim and Pam’s relationship is pretty close to perfection, and I have the proof.

1. When they communicated from their desks

They started out as very good friends and coworkers, and they always talked to each other from their desks and worked together to mess with Dwight. Even before they started dating, this was adorable, so once they became official, it got to be unbearably cute. They were just also so in sync, right from the start.

2. When Jim boldly professed his love for Pam

This was especially ballsy of him, because Pam was engaged to Roy at the time. But Jim didn't care. He knew what he wanted, and he wasn't gonna give up.

3. When this happened

Just melts my heart. And it certainly made Jim's day.

4. This

Fast forward a little, past all the obstacles that were keeping them from being together, and there was this adorable interview with Jim. If that's not romantic, I don't know what is.

5. When Jim looked at Pam like this

He loves her for all her little quirks, and so he can’t help but do this cute smirk when he’s around her. I think it’s safe to say that every girl wants her boyfriend/husband to look at her the way Jim looks at Pam. The right way.

6. The proposal

Jim couldn’t wait any longer to pop the question, so he and Pam agreed to meet halfway between New York and Pennsylvania while Pam was away doing her art class, because they missed each other so much. Who would’ve thought that a gas station proposal could be cute in any way? Well, Jim and Pam nailed it, and it was precious and certainly made me smile.

7. When Pam got overwhelmed on their big day, but Jim handled it perfectly

She got a little stressed with all her demanding guests (with good reason), and when her veil tore, she thought the whole day was ruined. Then Jim swooped in and cut his tie in half to make her feel better. He’s the real MVP.

8. When they ditched the Church to do this

Jim had these tickets for a long time, because he (and Pam) knew that Michael Scott and Jim and Pam’s families were not going to let them have a normal wedding without disruption. They were certainly right about that (although that wedding dance was amazing), and this was a pretty cool alternative to the Church. So they technically got married twice in one day. How cute!

9. They make the most adorable family

Pure happiness.

And these are just some highlights of their relationship; there are hundreds of other moments throughout the show that make fans envious of their cuteness. Jim is kind, protective, funny and smart, and he takes care of the soft-spoken, artsy, goofy Pam Beesly so well. They're really a perfect match.

Jim and Pam forever.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
