1. Why did you come to Ole Miss?
As soon as a stepped on this campus as a sophomore in high school, I immediately felt at home. I toured almost every other SEC school, but I did not have the same feeling about their campuses like I had about Ole Miss. Being from Alabama, almost everyone I graduated with went to Auburn or Alabama, so it has been so refreshing to break away from the status quo and become my own individual.2. What do you love most about Ole Miss?
The inclusive spirit at this university is what I love most about Ole Miss. I stepped on this campus knowing maybe two people, but I immediately felt so loved and welcomed. I was embraced with open arms here at Ole Miss.
3. What made you want to run for Sophomore Maid?
Honestly, I never really planned to run for this. People that are close to my heart asked me to run and the acknowledgment was truly humbling. I am so honored to be able to run for such a special position here at Ole Miss and I am so grateful for the opportunity.4. Why do you want to represent the sophomore class?
Our sophomore class has not only made such a meaningful impact on this university, but also an impact on me as well. This class is comprised of the most talented, passionate, and diverse individuals that I believe Ole Miss has ever seen. It would be an honor to be able to represent my peers, and I would love to receive your vote on September 26th.Scout is truly committed to wholeheartedly loving Ole Miss. She has spent hours pouring into the community here and would be honored to serve as your next Sophomore Maid. Don't forget to vote on myOleMiss on Sept. 26th!
