ICYMI: ScHoolboyQ Hacked, Reveals Musical and International Secrets
ScHoolboyQ Facebook Page

Earlier today, ScHoolboyQ fans around the world woke up to some revelations from the Blank Face LP artist. The series of disclosures began with a claim that some Canadian rapper was the best in the region and better than Drake, calling the Toronto-native a "fool ass n***a." ScHoolboyQ's Facebook account continued to shout out several unknown artists, which was a red flag that this might not be Q himself. Nonetheless, the hacker continued to spew out nonsense, entertaining the artist's 2 million followers.

Q's Facebook account went on to reveal that fellow Top Dawg Entertainment and Black Hippy artist Kendrick Lamar had an album on the way along with J. Cole and Andre 3000. This statement stood to some, seeing as though the hacker had access to ScHoolboyQ's private messages and the announcement could possibly be a true leak. He even provided a date for Kendrick's album, stating January 16 of 2017 as the release date.

As the trolling continued, ScHoolboyQ's posts shifted from musical revelations to political statements of national importance. The first of these was one that most cannot disagree with: "the realest n***a that died this year was HARAMBE. RIP." Aside from this statement, the rest is essentially conspiracy theory nonsense. It was clear that the troll took a certain political stance that the real ScHoolboyQ himself will undoubtedly never take, at least not publicly, on the ongoing Israeli-Palestine conflict.

Some of these claims, however, will make you rethink everything you know about the world (to the extent that any conspiracy theory can). The hacker's statement that does this is the one regarding Kanye's current mental health, and it is laughable to say the least.

Others put into question our whole political system, adopting the belief of some of our political leaders and stating that the entire 2016 election was rigged from the beginning; however, you will not believe who they claim it was rigged for.

The hacker ended his rant by trolling ScHoolboyQ, and trolling he did. They mocked the artist for his strategy to stop the hacking.

The troll went on to boast by comparing himself to TV's best hacker. With that, the show was over and the ScHoolboyQ team regained control of the account leaving many in tears of laughter from the hilarity of the whole fiasco.

Of all the statements put out by SchoolboyQ's Facebook account, one that will have fans all over at the edge of their seat is that regarding albums by some of hip-hop's greatest. Due to the circumstances of the hack, these statements could easily be true. If that is the case, the world is in for a treat. In addition, there's something to be said about Top Dawg Entertainment's investment in League of Legends. If true, that is definitely a huge LOL moment, even more so than this roller coaster of a hack.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
