It's almost that time of the year: back to school shopping time! This is an exciting time, but it also can be a stressful with buying books, school supplies, clothes, etc. Here are a few of my tips for making back to school shopping a walk in the park. You'll be an A + shopping student in no time!
Tip 1: Make a list!
Tip 2: Use coupons!
You know those coupons to Bed Bath and Beyond or Target that come in the mail? Use them! You'll be happy you did. Although buying things for your dorm or school is easy to do all at one place, you'll find that you may be able to save some money by splitting up the items you need and shopping at different stores.
P.S. This is not an actual coupon. Sorry!
Tip 3: Don't just shop at one place!
Tip 4: Don't buy too much before you get to school
Tip 5: Tax Free Weekends are fantastic!
If your state holds a Tax Free Weekend, go shopping then! They have great deals! The only downside is trying to find a parking spot because everyone and their brother will be at the stores, too. Also, it's better to get a head start and to be there when stores open, versus later in the day. You don't want to miss out on a great deal!
Alright guys, there you have it! These are my five tips for back to school shopping! I hope you can use these tips, and good luck going back to school!
