Oh, there are so many sandwich places that I absolutely love! I am a huge sandwich lover and I have visited many restaurants that have the most delicious, mouthwatering sandwiches as well as the best desserts. Are you looking for an amazing sandwich restaurant to visit? Well, look no further. Here is a list of my top 5 picks:

1. Newk's Eatery

The Newk's Q Sandwich is my favorite, and I order this every time I go. The Newk's Q has sliced flame-grilled chicken, thick-cut bacon, Ammerländer Swiss cheese, and white BBQ sauce on it. Also, it is served on their famous French Parisian bread. I am head over heels for this scrumptious sandwich. Don't forget to try some of their toothsome, homemade desserts, such as brownies, strawberry and chocolate cake, and peanut butter crispy. Newk's Eatery has several locations in Alabama, Texas, Mississippi, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, etc.

2. Steamboat Super Sandwiches

I know my family and hometown friends will be glad I added this business to the list. I used to hate chicken salad and I refused to eat it, but once I tried Steamboat's, I had a change of heart. I absolutely love chicken salad sandwiches from this place. They also have wonderful, homemade desserts, such as pecan pie and chocolate chip cookies, a variety of other sandwiches, and great lunch specials everyday, such as chicken and rice, lasagna, and potato soup. If you are passing through the small town of Andalusia, AL, you should stop and try this tasty sandwich place. The owners and workers are so helpful and friendly as well. You will not be disappointed with your trip to Steamboat.

3. Which Wich

This restaurant is a "build-your-own-sandwich" kind of place. When you walk in the door, you will see numerous different bags to write your order on. I always grab the bag that says "chicken" at the top, and I can put whatever I want on my chicken sandwich. There are so many options to choose from so you are guaranteed to be satisfied. Which Wich has many, many locations in 40 states all over the United States.

4. Chicken Salad Chick

If you love chicken salad sandwiches just as much as I do, then you will love CSC. This awesome restaurant has 15 different chicken salads to choose from. In addition, they have yummy cookies, gourmet soups, broccoli salad, and fresh fruit. There are several locations in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina. I really enjoy visiting this place, and I truly believe you would too!

5. Momma Goldberg's

Momma G's is yet another excellent sandwich place I love to go to. Some of my favorites are the Turkey Delite, Momma's Love Wrap, and Momma's Nachos. I never leave this restaurant with an empty stomach. I highly recommend this splendid sandwich place! Momma G's has several locations in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina.

I am well aware that there are countless sandwich restaurants all over the country but these are the ones that I have visited many times and loved. I hope you will consider trying some of these places in the future. Please feel free to comment below and recommend other sandwich businesses that I did not mention because I may have never heard of them! I would love to try some of my readers' suggestions. Thanks for reading and share this article with other sandwich lovers!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
