Okay, I could honestly go on for ages about Saba, their products, and their people. No lie! I was very fortunate to attend a Saba House Party. Now, I had had the privilege of attending their annual OKC “I Showed Up” event the first week of July this year, so I had a good idea of what was in store. Here are five reasons why I think Saba rocks.
1. Recognition of hard work.
Dhamendra Lachman, owner of Saba/Ams and Gary Hail, president of Saba have various pin levels set up for their associates and directors and when they reach their individual level they are awarded various prizes, including cash. That’s always nice, right? I was given a beautiful black leather purse for my hard work, and it felt great to be recognized.
2. Contests.
There are various contests that Saba holds where associates can win cash, nifty purses, decals for their vehicles, and trips to places like Carmen de la playa in Mexico. These contests are done in various ways to get associates to challenge themselves and spread the word about how truly fantastic their products, in my opinion, are. Don’t laugh.
3. Customer Service.
Customer service in any business is key if you want that business to thrive. People do not like dealing with customer service representatives who are rude or lax in their services. At Saba, their customer service representatives are simply amazing. They go out of their way to ensure whatever issue an associate or customer might have is resolved or point them in the right direction to get things resolved. Customer service at Saba gets an A++ from me!
4. The events.
Saba holds the best events. After attending two events that Saba has thrown, I can honestly say that Saba is classy. The decorations weren’t tasteless. The food is always good, and the music is great! At the Saba House Party, we got to hear the Crawpuppies, a band with talent and one of Saba’s own, Aaron Hedges. Platinum directors and others share their stories and wisdom of having a successful business with associates and gives them great ideas to improve their own businesses. Most often, you’ll find that they started out right where we are. This leads me to the fifth reason why Saba is so awesome.
