Okay so let me get to the point… I eat. A lot. More than my boyfriend and dad... Do I think it is a problem? Heck no! Maybe when I see that the amount of food I consume is starting to affect me, I will change the way I eat. But for now, I will stick to my normal eating routine. How do I manage eating so much in a day you might ask? Well, let me tell you.

First of all, being a lover of working out does help me live my daily life as a bottomless pit who will eat just about anything.

Being in athletics in high school has defiantly helped with my ability to eat so much food and then work it all off an hour later. When you have lunch and athletics the class period after, your body learns pretty fast that if it doesn’t hurry up and digest your food there will be some serious consequences!

My workout routines are pretty much all over the place. One day I will decide I want to run a mile or two and the next I want to hit the weights to keep my body strong and toned. Not just focusing on one way of working out (I believe) keeps all the muscles in my body working in different ways. I work out enough in a day to also basically burn all the calories I have consumed.

Secondly, I don’t give a crap what people think when it comes to my body.

If I want to eat an entire Grande Mexican Dinner from Rosa’s Café in one eating without feeling miserable I will! No one’s judgment or someone telling me “You better slow down” is going to stop me. I know my body and when I need to stop! Okay… maybe sometimes I overeat, but I’m still alive. That proves my point enough.

Finally, food is something that should be enjoyable!

I mean, it is a necessity of our lives, so why not be happy when you’re eating? Don’t junk out for every meal, but depriving yourself from EVER eating a cupcake again is pointless. Making sure I get in all my nutrients is something I do focus on, despite the fact that I don’t force myself on some intense diet that is supposed to make my overall health better.

I am fit, energetic, and I have a happy tummy! What more is there to ask for!? My overall message to all you girls out there; living a healthy life does not mean you can’t eat bread, ice cream, or an entire piece of pizza. Don’t deprive yourself of that joy. You have your entire life to live, so don’t live it worrying about what is better for you and what isn’t!

And for the record, I have eaten an entire piece of pizza after numerous track meets and basketball games.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
