Rose's Reviews: Poshmark

For college students, money is hard to find (usually). So for those ladies, and even men, who are looking to find a way to earn some extra cash, prepare to be amazed.

I was never one for selling my used clothes to thrift stores for the main reason that they always ripped you off. Instead of giving you reasonable prices for your barely worn clothes, they seemed to want to give you 75% less than what you paid. Who would want to do that? So, the old clothes in my closet began piling up. Until one day, I found this app called Poshmark.

For starters, the app is very easy to use. You simply upload a picture of what you are selling and add some descriptions. You then input the amount you paid for it and Poshmark then gives you a "suggested retail price" amount. No, you do not have to put the amount suggested, but usually it is a good idea. You might be asking yourselves now, "well how do people view the items I am selling?"

Poshmark holds certain "parties" every night. If your item fits into the category of the party you can post it to the party. So anyone viewing items in that party will see your item. You can also accept counter offers on your items. This allows you to be flexible with the price of your item.

When someone buys one of your items, all you have to do is print out the prepaid shipping label that Poshmark will send you. Then you take it to the post office, put your item in an envelope (depending on the size, maybe a box) and ship it! When your customer recieves the item you will be able to redeem your earnings via direct deposit or check.

Poshmark could not making the shipping process and recieving your earnings any easier. This app is trustworthy and efficient! So if you are looking to make some easy cash by selling your old clothes, jewlery, shoes, etc. this app is for you!

18 Things I Want To Do Now That I'm 18

I'm technically an adult, so I'm legally required to live a little, right?

For the entirety of my high school career, I was always seen as the goody-two-shoes. I never got in trouble with a teacher, I kept stellar grades, and when I wasn't doing extracurricular activities, I was at home studying. Even when I did go out, it was usually with a bunch of fellow band geeks. The night would end before 11:00 PM and the only controversial activity would be a fight based on who unfairly won a round of Apples-to-Apples when someone else clearly had a better card (I promise I'm not still holding a grudge).

Now that I'm officially an adult, I want to pursue some new things. I want to experience life in a way that I never allowed myself to do prior to entering college. These are the years that I'm supposed to embark on a journey of self-discovery, so what better way to do that than to create a bucket list?

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.
