Since I was a small child, I've been a lover of romance and the idea of the "perfect love life." Growing up, I adored watching films, and ones with a focus on romance had a special place in my heart. These six movies lived up to my expectations of what romance could really be. I hope you can enjoy my favorite romantic movies as much as I have throughout the years.

1. "To All The Boys I Loved Before"

"To All The Boys I've Loved Before" embodies that modern-day feel-good romance movie that can be loved by many. "To All The Boys I've Loved Before" represents a diverse cast that's usually not seen with two romantic leads. This movie is sappy but lovable and will cause you to smile and wish you could've had this in high school. Also, Noah Centineo is absolutely dashing, which is great, too.

2. "P.S. I Love You"

When I first watched this movie, I was an emotional mess left in a puddle of my own tears as the credits rolled. "P.S I Love You" takes place after the tragic death of Holly's husband, Gerry. Gerry, having had time to prepare for his death, planned ahead and wrote letters for his wife to ease the pain of his death. During the movie, the audience views Holly opening a letter during each climactic event of her life over the timespan of a year. You'll laugh, cry and want to be visited by Gerard Butler's ghost.

3. "The Notebook"

"The Notebook" has to be my favorite romance movie of all-time, since I watched it for the first time as a hopeful 10-year-old. At 10 years old, I held this movie to high-standards pertaining to my future love life, watching Noah and Ally, the two protagonists of this film, fall in love as teenagers and as adults, too. "The Notebook" kept me up at night waiting to find a romance like Noah and Ally's.

4. "500 Days Of Summer"

"500 days of Summer" is a movie I watched recently and fell in love with. "500 days of Summer" is about Tom meeting a "too good to be true" type of girl named Summer who knocks him off his feet during a rough patch of his life. Throughout the movie, you watch Tom look back at the relationship he shared with Summer and reflect on what went wrong during those 500 days. This movie will cause you to laugh, shed a tear and see that everything really happens for a reason.

5. "Endless Love"

"Endless Love" is the epitome of the summer romance I always wanted since the ripe age of 16 years old. This film is about the budding romance of Jade and Alex during the summer after they graduated high school. The movie shows two people who barely knew each other develop a love that deepens within only a few months. Not only is "Endless Love" heart-warming, but Alex Pettyfer is quite a stud, as well.

6. "Dirty Dancing"

Last but not least is one of my all-time favorite romance movies, "Dirty Dancing." This romantic classic is one beloved by many. Not to be dramatic, but this movie took part in my teenage sexual awakening, because Patrick Swayze...C'MON! I would describe this movie, but you must've been living under a rock to not have seen it. "Dirty Dancing" embodies that '80s romance that personified a love everyone wanted.

singing
Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
