It's Parents Weekend SZN. Parents from all over migrate to UD to spend time with their children who they have missed dearly the past month. Their are so many fun things to do around Newark, places to see, places to shop, places to eat. Here are the top five things to do during Parents Weekend.

1. Walk around Main Street. Main Street is the perfect place to spend time with your family. The amazing shops, restaurants, and scenery is the epitome of "The Perfect College Town." Some of my favorite places on Main Street include Honey-Grow, Homegrown, Bloom, Grass-Roots and California Tortilla.

2. Take a walk through White Creek Clay State Park. With more than 150 miles of hiking and biking their is something to do for everyone.

3. Go to Milburn Orchards and go apple picking. Get that good apple picking Instagram with the fam on the orchards! A gorgeous place to go apple picking with a great market that has A+ donuts!! The mac & cheese is also really good !!!!

4. Take a ride to the Christiana Mall! The Christiana Mall has so many stores that I actually got lost with my mom at least five times. From Forever 21, to H&M, to South Moon Under, you will never be unsatisfied with options. South Moon Under may or may not be my new obsession ;).

5. Attend the football game! Even though for this years game it started pouring people still had fun tailgating, taking pictures, and cheering on the Blue Hens!!

UD is the greatest place ever and it is the best feeling in the world sharing this amazing place with your family!! GO BLUE HENS.
