Fall is upon us, and the giants will return soon. The new blood will see how things change. We still have yet to understand the purpose or motivation of these dull creatures. Regardless of their lack of intellect, they always procure some form of sustenance. Somehow, they have so much food, they place them in some sort of container, yet they never use them again. Our recognisance teams have been able to recover food from the containers, though we are still unable to recognise what the containers do for the giants, the food itself is unlike most other pieces of sustenance we've seen. The food knows no limit, even in winter.

My colleagues have come to recognise the giants as a blessing, for they ward away the Hellions. I had another one of the nightmares about the beasts. Their glowing eyes peered out from the darkness - fur slick with blood - and their claws... I struggle to move my paw in recollection of the monster. The giants may be dumb, but the Hellions fear them, so they must be formidable. The giants are spared the fear that comes from the spine shuttering meowing sound they make - truly a symphony for demons.

I fear my language in these last few entries lack coherence. I have not slept for two days. We have been waiting for our allies from the depths of the underground so that we may exchange resources. There are no trees in the underground, so they lack Heaven Fruit. However, in exchange, they scavenge other resources that we require. In exchange for God fruit, the Rattington tribe will give us the last piece for our God eye security system. Our engineers can use the cameras our scouting teams have set up for surveyors to keep track of the winged demons, hellions, and canines.

My heart dances to see my cousin - Craig Penderson - from The Great Underground. I envy him in his research for Rodent immortality. The Rat Race truly is formidable, but their necessities are too many. I pray to Ratatoskr he will find the answers.

I must rest now. Sleep looms over my witts, but I fear only nightmares of the Hellions await me.

May Ratatoskr help us all.

Sir Adrian Nuttington VII - Second Lieutenant of the Four Squirrel Battalion.

In honor of Mother’s Day, I have been thinking of all the things my mom does for my family and me. Although I couldn’t write nearly all of them, here are a few things that moms do for us.

They find that shirt that’s right in front of you, but just you can’t seem to find.

10 Reasons To Thank Your Best Friend

Take the time to thank that one friend in your life you will never let go of.

100
Thank You on wooden blocks

1. Thank you for being the one I can always count on to be honest.

A true friend will tell you if the shirt is ugly, or at least ask to borrow it and "accidentally" burn it.

2. Thank you for accepting me for who I am.

A best friend will love you regardless of the stale french fries you left on the floor of your car, or when you had lice in 8th grade and no one wanted to talk to you.

Do as I say, not as I do.

Your eyes widen in horror as you stare at your phone. Beads of sweat begin to saturate your palm as your fingers tremble in fear. The illuminated screen reads, "Missed Call: Mom."

Growing up with strict parents, you learn that a few things go unsaid. Manners are everything. Never talk back. Do as you're told without question. Most importantly, you develop a system and catch on to these quirks that strict parents have so that you can play their game and do what you want.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!
