Road Trips are the Best Trips

Going on road trips are the best way to hang out with your friends. You can go anywhere in the country and it can feel like you haven't gone far from home. The destination can be anything from California to a Zucchini Festival in the middle of Ohio. It doesn't matter where you go because as long as you are with your friends, your trip will be amazing.

Playing music while you ride can be a great bonding because you all sing together. This makes the trip go faster and the loud music makes all of your worries go away. The music drowns out your stress and soothes your soul. You will be introduced to new music, and all of your tastes will intermingle to a random playlist of great tunes.

Conversations will vary while you all talk on the trip. Random conversations will come up, and you all might be surprised what will be brought up. It can be about chinchillas to the current election coming up. You will learn about a lot of new information on your friends, or what actually makes you friends. The conversations bring your friendship together, and inside jokes can be formed while you travel like crazy.

Hop into your car and go on a trip with your buddies and have no destination planned. You will not be disappointed and your friendship will get stronger. It will be the best trip of your life.

Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.

There are a lot of really easy, common names in the U.S. and while many of those simple names have different spellings, most of the time, pronunciation is not an issue that those people need to worry about. Puerto Ricans. They are very proud people and whether they were born on the island or born in the United States by Puerto Rican parent(s). It gets even better when they meet another fellow Puerto Rican or Latino in general. You’ll know quickly if they are Puerto Rican whether the flag is printed somewhere on their person or whether they tell you or whether the famous phrase “wepa!” is said.
