I grew up reading 'Archie' comics when I was younger. I would beg my grandma to get me the comics at the grocery store. I also remember watching 'Archie's Weird Mysteries' on Saturday mornings. I specifically remember reading a four part series that was a reboot of the comic series with a new look and new bad boy who wants to stirrup trouble in Riverdale. So now it only makes sense that I'd be really excited for the new CW series 'Riverdale' to come out. They released at least three trailers for the series so far. As you may know from reading previous articles I love and watch too many shows.Even though I already have so many shows to watch I only add another if it's worth it. I feel this show is worth it, so here are my reasons why I'm planing to watch the show. This article only contains spoilers of the trailers. I haven't seen the show and am open to changes in my opinion. This article is just based off of what I think may be good reasons to watch. I do plan to try and write a follow up article after the series premieres.

1. Darkness.

Like the 'Archie' that I grew up with wasn't that dark. I just hope that the darkness doesn't become too much. Finding light in darkness can be a good thing.

2. Cole Sprouse appears... finally!

Please add more of him. I mean come on Jugghead is kind of my current spirit animal. All he wants to do is eat. I'm currently hungry, but writing this article. To be completely honest I had a huge crush on Cole Sprouse and grew up watching him in a little show called "The Suite Life of Zack & Cody".

3. The Triangle

Granted I could just be pulling this from my imagination, but Betty and Veronica have a weird love triangle going on with Archie. To be honest it seems like they're adding a teacher and student love affair to the mix, which to me isn't necessary.

4. Luke Perry

I swear I've watched many episodes of 'Beverly Hill's 90210', and Luke Perry was in it. He was a good actor in it. Luke Perry is the guy without the red hair.

5. The red hair

'Archie' is known for his red hair. I'm so pleased that they didn't change it.

6. The noir, comics, and the Cole

Cole himself says that he's a fan of the comics, so ya'll should know he's a good supporter of the show.

7. I've been binge watching 'The Vampire Diaries' slowly, and cannot help but feel that the show is similar.

Disclaimer: I'm in the first season and first few episodes.

8. The Mystery

I love a good mystery. I grew up with Nancy Drew, Archie, and Scooby Doo.

9. The CW

'Supernatural' and 'Jane the Virgin' ---- nuff said

10. The PLL connection

PLL aka 'Pretty Little Liars' started off with a death of a teen, so does this show. The show has been compared to the series.

Disclaimer: I just picked these videos, photos, and gif to add to my article. The show premiers on January 26 on the CW.

Summer: a time (usually) free from school work and a time to relax with your friends and family. Maybe you go on a vacation or maybe you work all summer, but the time off really does help. When you're in college you become super close with so many people it's hard to think that you won't see many of them for three months. But, then you get that text saying, "Hey, clear your schedule next weekend, I'm coming up" and you begin to flip out. Here are the emotions you go through as your best friend makes her trip to your house.

Feeling Lost During Syllabus Week? You're Not Alone!

Kourtney Kardashian

Winter break is over, we're all back at our respective colleges, and the first week of classes is underway. This is a little bit how that week tends to go.

The professor starts to go over something more than the syllabus

You get homework assigned on the first day of class

There are multiple group projects on the syllabus

You learn attendance is mandatory and will be taken every class

Professor starts chatting about their personal life and what inspired them to teach this class

Participation is mandatory and you have to play "icebreaker games"

Everybody is going out because its 'syllabus week' but you're laying in bed watching Grey's Anatomy

Looking outside anytime past 8 PM every night of this week

Nobody actually has any idea what's happening this entire week

Syllabus week is over and you realize you actually have to try now...or not

Now it's time to get back into the REAL swing of things. Second semester is really here and we all have to deal with it.

panera bread

Whether you specialized in ringing people up or preparing the food, if you worked at Panera Bread it holds a special place in your heart. Here are some signs that you worked at Panera in high school.

1. You own so many pairs of khaki pants you don’t even know what to do with them

Definitely the worst part about working at Panera was the uniform and having someone cute come in. Please don’t look at me in my hat.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.
