Some Of The Most Ridiculous Statements Donald Trump Has Made On The Campaign Circuit

Donald Trump is running for president. Donald Trump is running for president. I know by this point everyone is aware that this is happening, but a part of me still can't believe it. I watch each Republican debate with my mouth open, in shock over the statements that Trump makes. Each debate he does nothing but prove that he is under-qualified to run our country and that he's a truly terrible human being. Donald Trump talked about his genitals during a debate and people still voted for him this weekend. That fact on its own shocks me, especially because there are more qualified people running that are somehow losing votes to Trump (Though, no disrespect to other candidates, I don't know if that's saying too much because at this point I feel more qualified to run for president.) I think Trump decided to run for kicks and, like myself, was shocked by the number of people who actually supported him so he just decided to roll with it. So, in case you need a refresher on the type of person Donald Trump is, here are some of his most outrageous quotes from this election circuit.

1. "I’m telling you, I used to use the word incompetent. Now I just call them stupid. I went to an Ivy League school. I’m very highly educated. I know words, I have the best words...but there is no better word than stupid. Right?"

Nothing says "I'm highly educated" like "I have the best words." Also, I'm not sure if "stupid" is the bestword, but it is an excellent synonym for Trump.

2. "I could stand in the middle of 5th Avenue and shoot somebody and I wouldn't lose voters."

The sad thing is that Trump can do a lot of things and still wouldn't lose voters. But this statement is just sick and among other statements proves he has no respect for voters.

3. "I know where she went. It's disgusting, I don't want to talk about it. No, it's too disgusting. Don't say it, it's disgusting."

As a refresher, Trump said this after Hilary Clinton was late to the stage after a commercial break to use the bathroom. This also seems like Trump is implying that he's never used the bathroom and in a weird way, I wouldn't be surprised.

4. "I don't have a lot of respect for Megyn Kelly... She gets out and she starts asking me all sorts of ridiculous questions and, you know, you could see there was blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her wherever."

Blood coming out of her wherever? Not too sure if he's too sensitive to say where the blood is coming from or if he's really unsure about the female anatomy.

5."We won the poorly educated. I love the poorly educated."

Well I suppose blatantly offending your supporters is one way to thank them.

6. "I'm the worst thing that's ever happened to ISIS."

Donald Trump is the worst thing to happen to a lot of things, but given that he's done nothing to defend our country from ISIS, I'd have to disagree.

7. "He's not a war hero. He is a war hero because he was captured. I like people who weren't captured."

Here, Trump is talking about Senator McCain who was a prisoner of war for over five years. First of all, let's not pretend that Trump likes anyone other than Trump. Also what kind of statement is "I like people who weren't captured"? These prisoners of war spend years being tortured all while still serving our country. What kind of person belittles the sacrifices that any US soldier has made? So, on behalf of a military brat who actually has respect for the troops: shame on you, Donald Trump for claiming that you do.

8. “And, and, and, I’m a leader. I’m a leader. I’ve always been a leader. I’ve never had any problem leading people. If I say do it, they’re going to do it. That’s what leadership is all about.”

In the recent Republican debate, Trump stated that he would target ISIS family members. When he was informed that this was in fact, illegal, for him to order troops he shot back with this quote. Well, this "leader" seems to forget that this is in fact, a war crime and the military swears an oath of office to the Constitution, not the president. I guess the best words doesn't mean factual ones.

9. How about the time Trump decided it was appropriate to mock a disabled reporter?

......

10. "And he referred to my hands, if they are small, something else must be small. I guarantee you there is no problem. I guarantee."

Not that I would ever care to know if this is true or that I find it remotely appropriate to talk about your genitals during a debate for the most prestigious position of power in our country. So Trump, I don't know if you have a huge one, but I do know that you are a huge one.

female tv characters
We Heart It

Over the past decade, television has undergone a very crucial transition: the incorporation of female lead characters. Since it's a known fact that girls actually do run the world (Beyonce said so herself), it's time for the leading ladies of the small screen to get some credit. Without these characters, women would still be sitting in the background of our favorite shows. These women are not only trailblazers for female empowerment, but role models for women worldwide. With that, here are 15 of the smartest, sassiest ladies gracing our screens that remind us that women do, indeed, rule:

If you are like me, you have an interesting personality. Basically, you love to be sassy and snarky, gossip, and act like a total bitch (not really), but deep down, you are actually a very genuinely nice person. The idea of actually hurting someone truly makes you feel bad, and you probably have never actually hurt someone’s feelings because your kindness always shines through, even if you do not want it to. Not sure exactly what I would call this type of personality, but if you identify with it, here are some feelings you can undoubtedly relate to.
