r.h. sin came into my life when I was looking for new books to read at Barnes and Nobles. His "Composition of Broken" was front and center next to the usual poetry book "Milk and Honey." I thought to myself, no not another book that has ten words on one page. Yet in my usual book shopping fashion, I glimpsed at a random page and was enthralled.
"she is a garden of love and adventure"
I thought to myself, why not? After my book shopping, I sat outside and started from the beginning. By mid-way, I had already shed a tear. He was right. I did not need that person in my life that was toxic. That did not care. Of course, you need to read a book of his to understand because my words could never live up to his poetry. He literally speaks to you. He calls you out on your excuses you continue to make for a person.
You would think he was a single, hopeless romantic, but he is not. He is happily married to his soulmate and hypes up her poetry book more than his at times. Their love is so beautiful, and I know the doubters will say that rarely happens, his work makes you believe that there is. He is not hopeless, he is realistic. If we stay with these childish beings, we will not find the right person for us.
Still hesitant? Just follow him for a couple of days and watch his posts have an effect on you. I know that my friend was skeptical, but she followed him for a day and now we constantly share his posts with each other to remind one another that we are beautiful individuals that deserve more than a late-night text here and there.
Every work is unique and reminds me that my happiness should always come first. r.h. sin is the definition of a hype man and someone that cares about all of us that read his exquisite collections.
