Sleep is for the weak! ....
Just kidding sleep is so important and I am dying without it.
Even though I know I shouldn't, I have been staying up with 1 A.M. watching Netflix or YouTube. Last night, for example, it was around 12:30 P.M. and I was extremely tired, but I didn't want to go to bed. I found myself watching random TV shows I don't even like on Netflix instead of going to bed. This affects my ability to function the next day because I did not get enough proper sleep.
I have been trying to wake up earlier as well because I know I am more productive in the mornings (if I get enough sleep). However, this requires me to go to bed earlier, so that I can still get 6-7 hours of sleep a night.
My goal now is to go to bed by 11 P.M. and wake up at 6:30 A.M. every day. I want to wake up at the same time everyday so that my body gets used to this schedule. We'll see if this actually happens!
