If you're like me, running has always been the most dreaded activity in gym class. I will gladly lift weights or do 100 crunches, but when it comes to running on a track, outside, or on a treadmill, it causes me more pain than joy. Here are 4 ways to get your cardio in without feeling like an 80 year old with knee, back, and hip pain:
Spin

If Dwight deems it as a good form of exercise, then I do too! Spin class or riding a bike is a great form of cardiovascular exercise. Because you have the capabilities to control the intensity, it's a perfect workout where you can track your progress!
Elliptical
Not just for the classic "soccer mom power walk" anymore. Using an elliptical is a great workout for your arms, legs, and heart!
Zumba
