Reviewing the Netchex Payroll Program

Ever since I have digitized my business, there are numerous payroll management programs I have used. Some were good, a few were outright bad, while some of them were just average and left a lot to be desired.

Reviewing the Netchex Payroll Program

A friend of mine, who's just set up a new startup, recommended I give Netchex a try. I had heard of thisonline payroll software but never used it. But, now, since I was looking for a new payroll management program, I decided to give it a try.

Even though I had my inhibition, the software turned out to be better than I had expected. TO put it simply, it exceeded my expectations by a great margin. Here are some of the things that I liked about this payroll program:

It's Online

One of the biggest perks of Netchex is that it is online. This program uses cloud storage. This implies that you can access it easily no matter where you're. From checking the employees' salaries to transferring to their account and everything else related to payroll management, you can do it in a matter of a few minutes.

The fact that it is online has also eliminated the storage problems. You don't need to keep huge registers anymore or an external hard drive. All the data pertaining to employees' salaries can now be stored for an unlimited time period.

It's Quick

Payroll management is a cumbersome task. And not to forget, time taking. However, the use of Netchex has made it quite easy for me. As I have a small setup, there's no payroll manager in my firm. Earlier, I used to start preparing payroll at least a week prior to payday. Now, however, I don't have to make any preparations earlier. I can do this task very easily and quickly now. And the best part? There's no risk of making any mistakes as the software is completely automated.

It Helps with Hiring and Onboarding Features

Those who have experience in the HR department or run a company know how tough it is to hire employees. You have to post job ads, sort through enormous amounts of resumes, conduct interviews, screen the selected candidates and do a lot more to hire one employee.

This is a challenging, time taking and complex process. However, Netchex can help you with this as well. It comes with a special hiring feature that can make getting new employees a breeze. Similarly, there's an onboarding feature as well. This feature can help you get new employees onboard without any difficulty.

It's Easy on the Budget

Many believe that using a payroll program adds to your expenses. This, however, is untrue if you're using a reliable payroll tool, such as Netchex. As it comes with multiple features that facilitate administration as well, you won't need to use different programs and tools. Similarly, it eliminates the chances of payroll and tax mistakes. Lastly, it makes payroll quite easy. Therefore, you won't need to hire a payroll specialist. Resultantly, you will be able to save money on their salary as well. All this makes it a very useful and cost-effective payroll software for accountants.

Reporting

Being an employer, the task I dread the most is creating reports. This is the task I often mess up with. Netchex has come to my rescue in this regard as well, at least when it comes to creating year-end payroll reports. There are different formats to choose from.

It's Easy to Use

Lastly, this online payroll program is quite easy to use. As I said earlier, I have used many payroll software solutions in the past. But none comes close to Netchex when it comes to ease of use. It features a very simple yet appealing interface. The best part? Each feature comes with a demo. Therefore, even if you don't know how to use onboarding, hiring, or tax management features, you can watch the demo and use this software optimally.

In the end, I would strongly recommend using Netchex if you struggle with the payroll management of your business. It's easy on the budget, easy to use, and comes with exceptional features.

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!
