It's intense, but it offers amazing results

A Review of PIIT28
Blogilates, PIIT28

It's finally here! My review on PIIT28 is here! Jump for joy because this review will definitely help your decision in whether or not to buy PIIT28 and try it out!

I'm going to break it down into sections and just talk about everything. This will include everything I love, like, dislike, and hate about PIIT28.

The Online Portal

Pros: All the workouts are right there with videos and gifs showing you how to do every move. There's also a Forum where you can ask any question you may have, and someone (such as Cassey Ho herself or another member of the Blogilates Team) will answer! There's also an ebook that you can print out that has an Instagram challenge, the calendar for the workouts, and every single workout broken down! Also, if you purchase PIIT28 2.0, it has a separate place in your library on the portal, so you won't get anything mixed up.

Cons: The only con is the workout videos; only one round is filmed, so you have to watch it over again for the next three. Not only that, but you have to watch it through the portal since it's a private video; this means you can't download the video or use the Youtube app.

How to fix the con: Print the ebook with the workouts and get a timer app such as the Blogilates app. Then you can do it on your own instead of watching a video four times through.

The Warm Up

Pros: It definitely warms you up! I personally love the warm up because it opens up my hip flexors and gets me ready for the workout.

Cons: The warm up can sometimes feel like the workout, especially if you're not very fit or flexible. Also, the warm up from 1.0 is used again for 2.0; this is fine, but new warm up moves would be greatly appreciated.

Round One

This round goes by quickly on most days. After the warm up, this round can feel a bit hard. Slightly tired from the warm up, you push through it. It's not the worst, but it certainly makes you question why you're working out some days.

Round Two

This round tends to be the worst. You're starting to sweat, you're heart rate is way up there, and the round just doesn't seem to be ending. From barely any modifications in round one to tons in round two, you push through it and move on to round three.

Round Three

This round as well as round four tend to go by super fast. You're over halfway done with the workout, and the next round of adrenaline is kicking in. You're going beast mode all over again, and the workout seems to be getting easier. One move to the next, you end up at round four.

Round Four

This is it. It's the final round. Every move goes so quickly because you only have seven minutes left in the workout. You give it your all as sweat drips down your forehead and back. It's over before you know it, and you sit down, water in hand, to stretch and cool down.

Cool Down (Get Flexy)

Pros: There's a cool down for total body, upper body, and lower body. It feels AMAZING after the workout to stretch all the right muscles. It really helps with soreness and flexibility. On day one you'll only want to hold it for 30 seconds or less, and by day 28, you'll want to hold each move for a minute or more, sinking more and more into each stretch.

Cons: The cool down is the same for PIIT 2.0, but it still helps in all the right places.

Overall

Pros: The price of $39 for the workout is extremely cheap for what it's worth. The workout provides amazing results (if you're eating a healthy diet as well). A different part of the body is targeted each day, and 2.0 switches up the routine so the body doesn't get used to it. There's a good balance of cardio to strengthening moves, so it improves the overall body instead of just half of the battle.

Cons: I personally don't have any dislikes with the overall workout.

There you have it. PIIT28 is a blessing, and if you buy 1.0, you'll be able to get not only 2.0 for 50% off but also a free tank top for completing 1.0 and the Instagram challenge! Also, 3.0 is currently being filmed, so if you start now, you could be just in time for 3.0 to start that journey with me!

In honor of Mother’s Day, I have been thinking of all the things my mom does for my family and me. Although I couldn’t write nearly all of them, here are a few things that moms do for us.

They find that shirt that’s right in front of you, but just you can’t seem to find.

10 Reasons To Thank Your Best Friend

Take the time to thank that one friend in your life you will never let go of.

Thank You on wooden blocks

1. Thank you for being the one I can always count on to be honest.

A true friend will tell you if the shirt is ugly, or at least ask to borrow it and "accidentally" burn it.

2. Thank you for accepting me for who I am.

A best friend will love you regardless of the stale french fries you left on the floor of your car, or when you had lice in 8th grade and no one wanted to talk to you.

Everybody gets sick once in a while, but getting sick while in college is the absolute worst. You're away from home and your mom who can take care of you and all you really want to do is just be in your own bed. You feel like you will have never-ending classwork to catch up on if you miss class, so you end up going sick and then it just takes longer to get better. Being sick in college is really tough and definitely not a fun experience. Here are the 15 stages that everyone ends up going through when they are sick at college.

Do as I say, not as I do.

Your eyes widen in horror as you stare at your phone. Beads of sweat begin to saturate your palm as your fingers tremble in fear. The illuminated screen reads, "Missed Call: Mom."

Growing up with strict parents, you learn that a few things go unsaid. Manners are everything. Never talk back. Do as you're told without question. Most importantly, you develop a system and catch on to these quirks that strict parents have so that you can play their game and do what you want.

"Friends" maybe didn’t have everything right or realistic all the time, but they did have enough episodes to create countless reaction GIFs and enough awesomeness to create, well, the legacy they did. Something else that is timeless, a little rough, but memorable? Living away from the comforts of home. Whether you have an apartment, a dorm, your first house, or some sort of residence that is not the house you grew up in, I’m sure you can relate to most of these!
