Why You Don't Have a Revenge body

Whether you want to look like that YouTube fitness star you follow, a victoria secret model, an MMA fighter or just want to be a better version of you, we learn all too quickly how much hard work and dedication have to go into achieving your fitness goals.

Everyone has this persona that going to the gym is easy and that your results will show up within a week. Once that scale doesn’t drop or you don’t have abs is when people tend to close the chapter to their so called “fitness lifestyle”. What many people don’t realize is that they’re are so many factors that go into transforming your body.

The number one thing I tell everyone that ask me how I dropped all the weight I did was my diet and persistence. You have to eat clean ALL the time. Most people think that they had a salad for lunch so they can go and eat whatever they want for dinner. You will see no results if you don’t eat clean and portioned meals. I tell people to eat clean 6 days a week and on the 7th day have a cheat meal, not a cheat day. I promise you, you will see a difference. The best way to help you stay on track is to meal prep for the week and weigh out all the servings of what it is you decide to put in your eating plan. Because getting the revenge body you’ve always wanted isn’t going to happen by eating a donut for breakfast and running for an hour every day.

If you want a banging body for summer, which is almost here. Eat 5-6 small clean meals a day, exercise at least an hour a day 6 days a week with your favorite activity. My favorite is weight lifting and interval training, by the way. And stay persistent. You’ll have that revenge body ready in no time.

If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
