Which Retro Hairstyles/Makeup Are Popular in 2016 Fashion?

Have you ever watched an episode of Mad Men and just thought, Dang..these woman look absolutely FLAWLESS!

There is something so intriguing to me about the style and beauty of the 1920's to the 1960's. From the bouffants, winged eyeliner, and forehead headbands with voluminous victory curls, we are all suckers from a glam retro look. Lets take a peek at some of my favorites that can still be rocked today:


1. The Bouffant. (1950-60)


2. Finger Curls (1920-40)

Fashion has evolved tremendously since the early 1920's but their glamour still lives on in today's youth. Treasure these delicacies and respect that culture! Never be afraid to add a little more liner or a bit of a higher poof in your bouffant. :)

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here. Around the town, there are some just some landmarks and places that only the people of Hauppauge will ever understand the importance or even the annoyance of.
