Gratitude is magnificent;
The appreciation of the natural world around us is beautiful. Beauty is harmony. We should live giving grace for all things. Native American traditions have been and will be present in my life, always looking for a homeopathic remedy, some herbal medicine to aid and sustain my health. I am thankful for what the Earth supplies us with. I found myself gravitating to lavender, and stumbled upon a lavender and sage bundle for smudging my room. These herbs bring emotional stability, improve sleep, and support stomach health. The universe brings things to you, things that your body needs, if you are open to them, and the cycle will continue if you give back as equally, if not more, than what you receive. Growing up, my parents made sure that if I only had one thing, it was manners. Everyone today should accept a gentle reminder, to always ask for something followed by please, and accept everything with a thank you. Acknowledge when a friend does you a favor, when your sibling finishes the chores, and when your parents put a plate of food in front of you. No matter how often it happens, you should take time to specifically thank them, and show your gratitude. Make them smile, and keep up the positive energy. The consequences are marvelously rewarding.
