Recently Marco Rubio, Florida Senator and former GOP presidential contender, stated that “after allowing a spirited primary, the time for fighting each other is over, it is time to come together and fight for a new direction for America.”
If a man who was running against Donald Trump can come out and state that we as Americans and Republicans need to come together for America, why can't other Republicans? Why is this such a hard concept for people to grasp? Are many Americans thinking they need to pick between the lesser of two evils? Let's delve into this further!
Donald Trump has no political experience. Really? Do many forget that he briefly sought out the Reform Party's nomination in the 2000 presidential election, withdrawing prior to any primary contests, although he won two primaries after his withdrawal? For those who don't know, the Reform Party is where most independents will run. He's known by many for being a businessman and television personality. The Trump Organization lists involvement in 515 subsidiaries and entities with 264 of them bearing Trump's name and another 54 including his initials. If that isn't the definition of a businessman then I don't know what is. The Apprentice and The Celebrity Apprentice each begin with a new group of contestants vying to earn a place in one of the organizations run by Trump. Again, going back to being a business man. Bottom line, he is a politician and a great businessman.
Hillary Clinton has political experience. Over the past 37 years she has served as First Lady of Arkansas, First Lady of the United States, United States Governor and United States Secretary of State. On September 11, 2013, the U.S. diplomatic mission in Benghazi, Libya, was attacked, resulting in the deaths of the U.S Ambassador, J. Christopher Stevens, and three other Americans. Nearly 2,100 emails contained in Clinton's server were marked classified by the State Department, though none of the emails were marked classified at the time they were sent. Sixty-five were later classified as 'secret,' more than 20 were designated 'top secret,' and the rest were later designated as 'confidential.' HELLO PEOPLE LOOK ALIVE! She was hiding all of this information from Americans and the government, and the Democrats want her to be president. I cannot even grasp that.
Many Republicans do not want Clinton in office. However, many won't vote for Trump. This poses a problem. They are wanting to go and vote for Libertarian nominee Gary Johnson who has eight percent of the American votes. If that is the case, then change could happen. Currently, Clinton and Trump have been neck and neck the past couple weeks. Clinton has a 2.7 percent up on Trump. If some of the voters for Johnson would go and vote for Trump, the Republicans would win the presidential election. If Republicans really want to keep Clinton out of office then the answer is Trump. Johnson does not have the backing he needs to win.
Republicans, please come together to stop Clinton from winning the presidential election and vote Trump for the 45th President of the United States of America!
