As Spring Break approaches, it is important to remember to finish strong and not give up.

It should also be remembered that when returning from Spring Break, there are few weeks remaining until school is over for the year. First of all, where did the time go? Secondly, you must not give up yet.

Over Spring Break, take the time to truly relax and regroup. Spend time with your family and friends reminding yourself what is important and what is your motivation for success. Additionally, the weather is slowly beginning to warm up, so take advantage of being outside and soak in that fresh air. Whether it is going for a run, walk or rollerblading, there is no doubt that you will automatically feel better.

For me, there is no better feeling than feeling the sun on your face.

Before returning to school, remind yourself of the goals that you made at the beginning of the semester and how there is still time to truly achieve them and that you must not give up yet. As a reminder, there is no better feeling than receiving good grades.

So, push yourself that extra mile and prepare yourself to hit the books and work, work, work!

Besides focusing on your schoolwork, remember to stay healthy because it is difficult to focus when feeling under the weather. Take your vitamins, get good sleep, work out and laugh often.

You will find the motivation that you have had stored in you all along to succeed.

April Ludgate, historically, is a very annoyed person, and she doesn't hide it. Of all the times that I binged and re-binged "Parks and Rec," her attitude relates more and more to me.

To The Cheerful Person On Their Rainy Days, You Are Valid

The world is not always sunshine and rainbows, and you do not have to be, either.

Ask friends of mine to name a quality about me, and one a lot them will point out the fact that I am almost always smiling. I like to laugh and smile -- not to quote Buddy the Elf in April, but smiling is my favorite! It is probably my favorite go-to expression. However, what a lot of people do not see is that I have my down days. I have days when smiling and laughing is a real struggle, or when I have so much on my plate that going out of my way to behappy takes more effort than I have stored in me. Be it a symptom of college and growing up or a facet of life, I cannot always be content.
