Presumably, the worst week for college students is here — final exam season is upon us!
From late night study sessions at the library to overloading our brain with what we learned over the semester, there will definitely be some tears shed as we turn in our final assignments.
Let's be honest, though—there is a light at the end of this tunnel. There is a beacon of hope: the prospect of a month-long break.
Many of us are stressing over whether or not we'll be able to pull through with an A, and this time of year can be somewhat of a week-long nightmare for us.
Just remember, though, it will all be okay. And hopefully, our semester grades will be everything that we wish for.
Think about it for a moment— in a week, you'll be at home. You'll wake up in the afternoon with no stress and absolutely no obligations. You'll get to stay up late watching Netflix without feeling guilty that you didn't finish your assigned readings, and you won't have to think about when your math homework is due.
Better yet, you'll have no classes to attend and no deadlines looming in the back of your mind.
Soon, we'll all wake up from this dreadful nightmare of No. 2 pencils, blue books, essay questions and multiple choice answers.
This will all be over soon.
I know there are a hundred other things we would rather be doing than studying, writing essays and filling in bubbles on Scantrons. Don't fret, though! In one week, we'll be worry-free— we'll be celebrating the finale to a (hopefully) successful semester.
As for now, study hard for those final exams and don't forget that you'll finally be able to breathe a huge sigh of relief later.
Think on the bright side and try to stay positive...
We will all be ok.
More importantly, take care of yourself during this stressful time. And know that whether or not you end up with a 4.0 GPA, we'll all get through this together.
May the semester grades be ever in our favor!
