With a few days as a buffer, words can finally piece together the heartbreaking news of the sad passing of Alan Rickman. A man of great talent was taken far too soon and that left a veil of unfortunate sorrow as close family, friends, as well as fans alike shared kind memories and words of sentiment. At a mere age of 69, the lovable actor who was known for portraying a multitude of different characters left behind cherished moments not only between himself and people who had the opportunity to call him a friend but between the lives he touched as a performer as well.

J.K. Rowling, author of the "Harry Potter" series tweeted these heartfelt messages of the late actor via her twitter account.

Followed by:

Daniel Radcliffe, who played opposite Rickman as Harry Potter, shared this via his Google Plus page.

Along with:

Fans around the world shocked by the news embodied their kind words sharing what Mr. Alan Rickman done for them. Iconically known as Severus Snape of the “Harry Potter” franchise, fans expressed endearment of Snape, crediting Rickman to such a crafted and wizardry childhood—I included. Whether or not you were Snape’s number one fan, in the beginning, diminished all negativity of the once Death Eater as the Slythinern himself became a more understandable character.

Not only was Snape an astonishing portrayal of Rickman’s abilities of acting range, Rickman is recognized as bad guy, Hans Gruber, in “Die Hard” and Harry in the romantic comedy “Love Actually” among his many works.

This year actually marks the release of his last movie, Disney’s “Alice Through the Looking Glass.” Set to be released Memorial Day, Rickman once again reprises his role as the voice of Blue Caterpillar. Among the cast once again includes Johnny Depp (Mad Hatter), Anne Hathaway (White Queen), Helena Bonham Carter (Red Queen), and Mia Wasikowska (Alice Kingsleigh).

A quote has been shared a lot recently.

"When I'm 80 years old and sitting in my rocking chair, I'll be reading Harry Potter. And my family will say to me, 'After all is time?' And I will say, 'Always.'" -Alan Rickman

Although 80 was not quite reached, I have no doubt that the promise of those words will continue to ring true.

Alan Rickman will forever be Severus Snape, always for "he was probably the bravest man I [Harry Potter] ever knew." (Deathly Hallows)

I've been super busy lately with school work, studying, etc. Besides the fact that I do nothing but AP chemistry and AP economics, I constantly think of stupid questions that are almost impossible to answer. So, maybe you could answer them for me, and if not then we can both wonder what the answers to these 15 questions could be.

To My Loving Boyfriend,

  • Thank you for all that you do for me
  • Thank you for working through disagreements with me
  • Thank you for always supporting me
  • I appreciate you more than words can express
  • You have helped me grow and become a better person
  • I can't wait to see where life takes us next
  • I promise to cherish every moment with you
  • Thank you for being my best friend and confidante
  • I love you and everything you do

To start off, here's something I don't say nearly enough: thank you. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You do so much for me that I can't even put into words how much I appreciate everything you do - and have done - for me over the course of our relationship so far. While every couple has their fair share of tiffs and disagreements, thank you for getting through all of them with me and making us a better couple at the other end. With any argument, we don't just throw in the towel and say we're done, but we work towards a solution that puts us in a greater place each day. Thank you for always working with me and never giving up on us.

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here. Around the town, there are some just some landmarks and places that only the people of Hauppauge will ever understand the importance or even the annoyance of.
