Exam week is around the corner and if you are feeling super stressed out, here are some tips for relaxing.

1. Face Mask

I love a good face mask. The refreshing feeling you get when you wash or peel it off is the best.

2. Take A Nap

Nap time is a necessity during exam week. Everyone needs an extra 30 minutes to unwind.

3. Hit The Gym

Getting out all the frustrations of studying and releasing those endorphins is a great way to de-stress during exam week.

4. Take A Hot Shower

I can literally spend hours in the shower. Hot water is the best way to relax tense muscles.

5. Eat Everything

I am an extreme stress eater. I will eat anything and everything, especially sweets.

6. Clean

Cleaning is a great way to get your mind off of studying yet still feel productive.

7. Dance It Out

Sometimes all you need to do is put on your favorite song and shake the stress away.

8. Yoga

Yoga is a great way to loosen up. It eases your tense muscles and helps you focus on your breathing.

9. Bake

Bake some cookies to take your mind off of the 100-page study guide you still have to finish. Then stress eat all the cookies you made.

10. Take A Walk

Sometimes you need a change of scenery to get away for the stress of exams. Taking a walk and getting some fresh air can really help.

It is important to do good and study for exams, but too much stress can be hurtful to your mind and body. Use these tips for unwinding during exam week.
