I have always wondered why the beach ranks number-one on everyone's favorite list of places. Apparently, there is a strong and valid reason as to why the beach has and will always remain everyone's favorite place. While researching the reason, I stumbled across an article focusing on a neuroscientific understanding of the situation. The article pinpoints how the beach triggers feelings of radiance and a renewed sense of hope.
As the waves come soaring up, it brings with it a dash of turbulence evened out with serenity and calmness. In addition, the beach will stimulate the reboot of your creative juices and make it even easier for you to come up with mind-blogging ideas and techniques to emerge as more successful.
Most importantly, watching kids optimistically working to build sand castles will remind you of the fact that despite the gushing waves forcefully ruining the kid's sand castles, they are not giving up and are continuing to build a new one again and again until the waves finally decide to give in to their insistence. Similarly, this logic can be applied in adults because we should always keep in mind that if one door closes, then another door will open! We just have to always remain alert and keep our thinking caps on.
Also, the beach provides people with another chance of embracing life with their flaws and perfections. A simple walk across the beach serves as the natural antidote to ongoing feelings of despair and an anxious mind. Just simply being close to the naturally flowing waters is more than enough to elicit positive feedbacks and increased levels of personal satisfaction within a person. It is primarily inborn rather than influenced by external forces.
Many of an individual's mood swings can be altered and the willingness to live your life to the fullest is further enhanced by "blue space." Honestly, just walking by the beach makes me feel even more powerful than before and it truly does provide me with the tenacity to fight against the potential challenges that come up in during the journey of life. So there is indeed an actual reason why we tend to love the beach so much!
