Io was ‘overing over my computer, looking for the screw Io ‘ad accidentally dropped in it, so the syst’ms were oaff. Of coss we ‘ave backeps, but the airea she was in was deslit, so the only other cam’ras fer ‘er were attached to ‘er suit, mo’itors in the trailer that is. Io swea it wasn’t moi fault! We’ll find her eventu’y, maybe ‘er cam’ra will start working again. She’s a smahrt gehrl, she’ll figure it oot… Would you please stoap looking at may like that--OHW!
Okay fione, I migh’ ‘ave ‘eard some’n, there was a bang, but faint, as if from fah away. But the voice tha’ followed felt like it was rioght ova my sholda… or in my ‘ead… this voice crept all around. It made my lungs ‘urt like I ‘ad a ‘eavy workout in the tundra. The tone was not cruel and I could not understand the werds, but the vibrations of the vocal cords could be felt icily in my bones. I then made sure tha’ all compar’ments were locked and checked the coms of each scout. All replied, but ‘er. I shrugged this off ‘cause she was so independent, she ‘ardly ever answered anyhow. She wan’t very much liked by the rest of the crew, always tryna appear betta than she was; so, no one missed ‘er. Well, Io didn’t anyway; all of the others were oot so they had no iodea she wan’t present until it was past the breathing tiome. We all assumed she’d be fine though, because she ‘as always been unfortunately okay despite all odds. It really annoyed us how we would tell her the correct way and then she’d do the opposite, but still survive. We’re better off without er.
AGH! Whot wus that for?! Io can see yuh smiling through that mask. This is abuse. Waitwaitwait! What’re yuh doin’! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
