Recap: The Walking Dead Season 7 Premiere
AMC

OH. MY. GOD.

Did you see The Walking Dead last night?

If you didn't, stop reading NOW.

If you did, are you okay? I'm not.

There are spoilers ahead, so seriously, I can't be held accountable for you any longer.

Are you ready? Go now or be spoiled.

GLENN. GLENN. I don't even think I can put my feelings into words. I literally screamed when Negan hit him.

At first I was really disappointed. The cast and crew talked this moment up as "a death that had to be justified for episodes and episodes after it happened." When Negan killed Abraham, I was disappointed. Sure, his character had a lot of potential, but he wasn't a staple to the show. I was in the middle of tweeting "Is that all you got AMC?" when the second death happened.

And it was Glenn.

We had all theorized that Negan would off two people in last night's premiere, but we never thought they would off Glenn in such a savage, gruesome, heartbreaking way. OH, and his last words.

"Maggie, I'll find you."

I could hear my heart shatter into microscopic pieces inside my body.

Eye hanging out of his head, choking on his own blood, brain exposed, and Glenn was worried about Maggie, which made it so much harder to swallow. This was, by far, the most harrowing death that TWD has ever given us. I'm still sick from it.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan absolutely nailed the part of Negan. His attitude, his menace, his level-headed, sociopathic approach to torture and death, Morgan hit it all. Forget The Governor, forget walkers, forget anything we've encountered thus far, it's Negan who is the ultimate threat. Remember when everyone used to say, "fight the dead, fear the living?" Yeah, we've hit the epitome of that. When Negan's time as a villain is up, one way or another, on the show, they are going to have to work impossibly hard to outdo the threat of Negan. He's personable, he's extreme, he's everything in a villain we love to hate and hate to love. I honestly don't know that they'll be able to outdo this one.

He broke Rick, who the audience thought was unbreakable. After losing his wife so many seasons ago, and going through the pain of losing the prison and so many of his friends, thinking his baby was dead, and going through hell with Carl's ins and outs, Rick was bullet-proof in our eyes. Negan successfully proved that Rick could be broken, and if hope wasn't completely gone at that point, Rick's panic attack surely took the rest of it. I know the group will certainly find a way to defeat Negan, but it seems close to impossible in the state they are in now.

How did we go from the dream of a completely sustainable Alexandria to getting beat up in a parking lot? It only goes to show how unpredictable this show can be.

It looks like we're in for a hell of a season folks. I only have one more question:

Are you ready for King Ezekiel?

I think the hardest thing about going away to college is figuring out how to become an adult. Leaving a household where your parents took care of literally everything (thanks, Mom!) and suddenly becoming your own boss is overwhelming. I feel like I'm doing a pretty good job of being a grown-up, but once in awhile I do something that really makes me feel like I'm #adulting. Twenty-somethings know what I'm talking about.

I went to a small high school, like 120-people-in-my-graduating-class small. It definitely had some good and some bad, and if you also went to a small high school, I’m sure you’ll relate to the things that I went through.

1. If something happens, everyone knows about it

Who hooked up with whom at the party? Yeah, heard about that an hour after it happened. You failed a test? Sorry, saw on Twitter last period. Facebook fight or, God forbid, real fight? It was on half the class’ Snapchat story half an hour ago. No matter what you do, someone will know about it.

Chandler Bing

I'm assuming that we've all heard of the hit 90's TV series, Friends, right? Who hasn't? Admittedly, I had pretty low expectations when I first started binge watching the show on Netflix, but I quickly became addicted.

Without a doubt, Chandler Bing is the most relatable character, and there isn't an episode where I don't find myself thinking, Yup, Iam definitely the Chandler of my friend group.

Working with the public can be a job, in and of itself. Some people are just plain rude for no reason. But regardless of how your day is going, always having to be in the best of moods, or at least act like it... right?

1. When a customer wants to return a product, hands you the receipt, where is printed "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" in all caps.

2. Just because you might be having a bad day, and you're in a crappy mood, doesn't make it okay for you to yell at me or be rude to me. I'm a person with feelings, just like you.

3. People refusing to be put on hold when a customer is standing right in front of you. Oh, how I wish I could just hang up on you!

RBF, or resting b*tch face, is a serious condition that many people suffer from worldwide. Suffers are often bombarded with daily questions such as "Are you OK?" and "Why are you so mad?" If you have RBF, you've probably had numerous people tell you to "just smile!"
