If you're still watching "Pretty Little Liars" you know that Hannah, Allison, Aria, Spencer and Emily all play important roles to their clique. Chances are, their friendship is one of the main reasons you are still watching the show. The times that we've related to them, within our own group of friends, is almost scary.

1. When your crush walks by

They can't just keep going about their day. They have to stop and say something. If not say something, give you a look, proof readmaking it obvious to everyone in the room that you're interested.

2. When you have to plan for a party

We can't just have a typical gathering. There is always over the top planning involved.

3. When they proofread your assignment before hitting submit

I usually wish I hadn't asked for an opinion, because the amount of marks on my paper indicates a lot more work I don't want to contribute.

4. When the group text is lit

I know we're sitting right next to each other... but these memes are just too great to pass up.

5. When you hurt yourself

Usually a result from tripping up the stairs, the answer is always "suck it up".

6. When a guy breaks your heart

Having a squad is great because you always have a backup. Let's face it, no guy can get away with anything with friends like these.

7. When the latest gossip gets real

When you start to run out of reactions to people's bullshit, "crazier than crazy" is the next best.

8. When you finally get that A

You've always got people there encouraging the best for you, and that's irreplaceable.

9. When your week was just a little too much to handle

When you have 3 assignments due, your social life is hopeless, and you realize that nothing is going right in your life, you need friends who not only understand your drinking habits but also support them. Sometimes, it's a Monday night, and that's okay.

10. They tell you the cold hard truth

Even if I don't want to hear that the boy I like is a waste of time, they tell me anyway... because it is what I need to hear.

11. When you begin your cycle of stress eating

Not only do I eat a lot of food... none of it is remotely healthy.

12. When you try to chime into the conversation...

...but you realize that your mind is in a totally different place. Good thing they love me anyway.

13. They are always there for you

No matter what, these are the friends that will always have your back.

Today I started my third week of college at Minnesota State Moorhead. I have survived welcome week, finding my classes on the first day, and being an awkward loner in the dining hall. Even though I have yet to be here for a month, I have already experienced many thoughts and problems that only a new college student can relate to.

"Make sure to get involved when you're in college!"

We've all heard some variation of this phrase, whether it came from parents, other family members, friends, RAs, or college-related articles. And, like many clichés, it's true for the most part. Getting involved during your college years can help you make friends, build your resume, and feel connected to your campus. However, these commitments can get stressful if you're dealing with personal issues, need to work, or aren't sure how to balance classes and everything else going on during the semester.

Finals week is upon us. It is a magical time of year during which college students everywhere flock to the library in attempt to learn a semester's worth of knowledge in only a week. For some students, it's their first time in the library all semester, maybe ever. Others have slaved away many nights under the fluorescent lights, and are slightly annoyed to find their study space being invaded by amateurs. While these newbies wander aimlessly around the first floor, hopelessly trying to find a table, the OGs of the library are already on the third floor long tables deep into their studies. Here is a few signs that you may live in the library, whether you'd like to admit it or not.

1. People assume you are mad all of the time.

2. Ten out of ten times you will give off an intimidating impression to others.

3. People do not acknowledge your feelings because you "do not have any."

4. Constantly being exhausted from trying to smile and not look like a witch.

5. And on the rare occasion your facial expressions show how happy you are, your friends think you are going crazy.

6. Each of your friends has said "I thought you were so mean when I first met you" at some point.

7. Then they follow that by saying "you are just hard to read."

8. So naturally if people do not know you they just assume you are a snob.

9. And when you are actually mad, your facial expressions are horrifying.

10. In the end you always look like you are judging people, when in reality people are ALWAYS judging you.
