1. He grew up Sooner-born and Sooner-bred. BOOMER!

2. He came to OU as a walk-on and wasn't initially offered any scholarships. But he wanted to play for OU anyways.

3. There have always been people in his life telling him what he can't do- and he's been proving them wrong.

4. He Stayed at college this year instead of going pro. He sacrificed a lot of money to go for a National Championship.

5. He is the greatest quarterback in OU history. Mayfield has the second most wins in program history (33), more total touchdowns than anyone (135) and is the only quarterback in Oklahoma history to win three-straight Big 12 Championships. Don't forget he's a Heisman trophy winner!

6. #6 is our lucky number for Baker and always will be!

7. He is a "warrior"

8. Baker is a great role model. Even though he's made some mistakes in his career, (as we all do just in general everyday life) he's apologized and showed us that he's sorry by giving his all to OU and the football team. He has great self-confidence and he's a good person.

9. He seriously brought new energy to the University as a whole, what quarterback can draw as much attention to OU as he did?

10. He loves to make memories, and he did a great job making them for us too!

My sweet angels, where would I be without you guys. We all grew up together because we either met in middle school or high school and watched each other grow up and get "old." We got to go to prom together and then graduate together. Then watched each other as we continued our lives in college, joining sororities and meeting people who will impact our lives forever.
