Is it over yet? Yes, I am talking about summer break. I never thought I'd hear myself asking this question. I remember dreading the approach of august but now I am welcoming it with open arms. I cannot wait to be back at school. I have missed it more than I thought, and I am more than ready to return and get back into the swing of things. Some may find it a little insane at the idea of being excited to go back to school. I remember up until college wishing that summer break would never end so I would not have to return to the classroom. If you find me crazy for wanting summer to end and for school to start here are a list of reasons why I am beyond ready to be back at college.
1. No more reasons to not work out
Too busy working, sleeping, the gym isn't free....the list can go on and on for reasons to not work out back at home. But guess what? The gym is free at school so looks like it's time to hit the weight room.
2. Naps Naps and more Naps
Whether it is 9am or 9pm random naps are acceptable again, so embrace it.
3. School days are shorter, unlike high school

Some days you have four classes, and other days you may have none. This gives you some more free time than you had in high school.
4. You can go out at any hour, no questions asked.
At first it feels strange and you may feel like you need to ask for someone's permission, but you are responsible for yourself and can go out whenever you please.
5. Taking classes you enjoy because of your major
Classes become a little more enjoyable when it is something you are interested in
6. You live with your friends
Your friends live within walking distance, you get to eat breakfast lunch and dinner with them, and go out with them whenever you want.
7. A new year means you can make new life long friends
Each year comes new students and great people to be a part of your life
8. School shopping
There's something about buying a mini fridge that makes you feel like you're sort of an adult
9. Late night study pizza (or just ordering a pizza at 2am just because you can)
When you're up late cramming for an exam, it's back to ordering a 2A.M. pizza and hoping for the best
10. Parties
Summer is fun, but college parties with your best friends is always a good time.
11. New opportunities
New school year has so much to look forward to, just be ready to embrace the changes as they come
