I know that many, many people are suffering right now, and I thought I would remind people about a few things to try and make people feel better.
1. Friends
Friends always know how to make you feel better, and they always can support you. Remember that a lot of people are hurting, so at least we can all be hurt together.
2. Family
I'm very lucky to have a supportive family that loves me very much, and I know that I can go to them with anything. If you have a family that loves and supports you, talk to them. If not, talk to your friends.
3. Art
I'm taking a photography class and it has really opened my eyes to how beautiful everything is. Take time to appreciate how beautiful everything is.
4. Music
I am a firm believer in music therapy, and that's all I have to say about that.
5. Education
If you have any type of education, you should be extremely proud and not take it for granted. Think about everything that you have access to!
I'm so sorry for everyone that is having a hard time right now, and I hope that these few things will remind you about some happier things.
