10 Reasons Everyone Should Be Falling For Fall

In This Article:

Autumn is my favorite season. I love seeing all of the different things happening in nature, and I love the holidays that come with the season!

Here are a few reasons you should be falling for fall, too.

1. The Fashion

Fall fashion is so cool and casual. My favorite thing about fall fashion are the big sweaters. Ugh! So comfortable.

2. The Food/Beverages

OK, I'm going to admit that I'm not all pumpkin spice and everything nice. But anything other than pumpkin spice coffee is totally a must.

3. The Activities

Haunted houses, movie marathons and corn mazes are all so fun, and you can get a big group of friends together and have a spooktacular time.

4. The Movies

Every Halloween movie ever plays during the "31 Nights of Halloween," and it is glorious! Who doesn't love a good scare?!?

5. The Weather

Watching the leaves change color and feeling the crisp, cool air is a great way to start a fall morning!

6. Halloween

Halloween is in October, of course! Dressing up for Halloween is always so creative. It's a great way to express your self!

7. Fall Makeup

Matching your eyelids with the colors of the leaves is so adorable. Fall has such nice colors that complement everyone. Everyone looks so amazing in fall makeup!

8. Day Of The Dead

It is a similar holiday to Halloween, but during this holiday, people celebrate the lives of their ancestors. This is a way to communicate with them — plus their makeup is RAD, too!

Football

No one in the South is concerned about Halloween. It is all about football season!

10. Being Closer To A New Year

The end of the year is two months away! Isn't that crazy!?

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

Cambio

Singing is something I do all day, every day. It doesn't matter where I am or who's around. If I feel like singing, I'm going to. It's probably annoying sometimes, but I don't care -- I love to sing! If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
